Évora Cultural Experience

To all participants of IBS2018, Évora Cultural Experience invites you for a guided tour to learn more about the history and heritage of this important city of Portuguese and world history. A UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1986, this city holds immense and curious stories that you will only discover if you accept our invitation.

The guided tour will take place on March 24th at 9:30 am with a meeting point next to the fountain of the cloisters of the Colégio do Espírito Santo, University of Évora (the conference venue).

The visit will be in English and will last approximately 3 hours. In addition to a guided tour of the main points of interest in the city of Évora, it includes admission tickets and a guided tour of the mysterious Chapel of Bones. Finally, indulge yourself with an intimate and private taste of some of the region’s best wines, accompanied by regional cheese, bread and sausages.

To participate, you must register until March 21, to the email info@evoraculturalexperience.pt  indicating your name, age and nationality. In the subject of the email, you should enter “IBS2018 / ECE”.

The price of the visit is 20 euros per participant and includes the guided tour, entrance ticket in the chapel of the bones and wine tasting accompanied by a regional snack. You should pay in cash to our guide at the beginning of the visit.
